Minoa Cafe

I do not know which country you are coming from but there is cultural difference about cafes depending on the country you are coming from. However, you are living in Istanbul to experience cultural differences, right?

So, let me explain what cafe means for Turkish people. First of all, we wanna feel like home when we are in cafes, because we work there, we meet up with friends and work in cafes if we do not want to spend time in libraries. Many cafes have its own taste and theme. For instance, the cafe that I will share with you has bookstore inside! Moreover, for us it is really important whether the cafe has wifi or not. So, do not hesitate to ask for password if you need connection. Like Americans, we like to work and spend hours in cafes. That is the reason why we have many Starbucks in here. Maybe it is not as much as States has but we have different cafes in addition to Starbucks. So, please do not waste you time to go to Starbucks!

There are some places who has so many cafes next to each other like Akaretler, Nisantasi, Kadikoy... So, we wanna share as much as we can to show different side of Istanbul.

Moreover, in Istanbul cafes are open till 8 pm or 10 pm. You can find so many places open till midnight. Feel free to take your time to go there after class. For example, the first month of the college is the perfect time to explore the city. Compare to other universities, Koc University could be hard to pass classes easily, so use the time you have wisely.

I shared the video from cafe below. However, if you need more information, I put some link below.
