I mentioned cafes are really important for Turkish culture. It is because Turkish people have endless love for coffee and tea. We have plenty of different coffees and teas. However, there is two traditional drinks we have that has worldwide knowledge. Today, I will be explaining all I know and searched information about coffee.

600 Years History of Endless Love
First of all, we can not say that coffee is found in Turkey but it got famous from Turkey because of the special way of drinking coffee. For instance, we have learned filter coffee from Americans but Turkish coffee is unfiltered coffee.
Coffee itself found in Ethiopia. From there to Istanbul and to whole Europe.
The first name of the coffee is “Şazili” then Yemenis called it "Kahwa". First goats ate coffee and when people see that goats become more energy they started to make coffee. However, the coffee which has the same form as we drink is found by Yemenis.
In 1669, Suleyman Aga went to Paris and he introduced the coffee to French people.
According to one document from Paris National Library, coffee is found by Yemenis in 1450. There are so many different years and myths about coffee. However, we are so happy to have coffee at the end.
