What Foods Healthy and Keep You Full

Sometimes, we need to be effective and during your trips you may need food which has little space in your bag but makes you food. Junk foods are not in this category. So, let's find out cheap, healthy and delicious fulfilling foods together.

1-Banana

This food makes you full for a long term and it is cheap almost everywhere. So, do not forget to bring some with you! However, be careful when you are carrying in your bag. If it is ripe then things may get pretty messy. So make sure to not put the bottom of your bag.

2-Oatmeal

This may be the best friend of your breakfast. It is not tasty I know but if you eat enough of that you will feel full for a long time. Do not forget to add some fruits or different kinds of butter to make it tasty!

In addition to that, you can add it to your smoothies and homemade bars so that it will be easy to carry and make you full when you do not wanna eat outside! It is healthier and easy to do.

3-Drinking Water

Surprisingly, drinking water regularly helps you feel less hungry so that you do not have to spend more money to food! If you add lemon to your water this also helps you to relax and feel less need to eat!

4-Pistachios

Even though they have high calories, they help you feel less hungry.

5-Yogurt

These days, it is easy to find yogurt for a portion. You can go and grab yogurt in super market and it makes you feel much better, if you havea chance to add cinnamon in it, it also helps your metabolism.
