Spring 2018: Jan 12 *Please note that the orientation sessions are MANDATORY. If students can not arrive by date of orientation, we will not be able to accept them.
EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE*:
Fall 2017: no later than August 17
Spring 2018: no later than January 11 *Students may arrive earlier than this date, within visa regulations & provided their accommodation is available. *Accommodation offices usually close at 5 pm, so in the case of evening or night flights, the student may not be able to access accommodation until the following day.
EARLIEST DEPARTURE DATE*:
Fall 2017: December 15
Spring 2018: May 11 *Students’ exams may be complete before this date, but the exam schedule will not be released until the middle of the semester. Students should plan to stay through the latest possible day of final exams.
EXCHANGE NOMINATION DEADLINE:
Fall: April 1 Spring: September 15

HOUSING & DEADLINE:
BBA International Programs helps international exchange students to find accommodation during their stay at Goizueta Business School of Emory University, either in Emory’s on-campus residence halls, or at off-campus flats. APPROXIMATE LIVING COSTS: *Please note that these costs are per semester and based on estimates for this academic year. Students are not required to spend the amounts noted for food, books, other living expenses, and transportation, but they must demonstrate that they have access to these funds specifically for their education.
