School of Arts, Design and Architecture
The School of Arts, Design and Architecture is the largest school of art and design in the Nordic countries, and one of the most prestigious ones in the world. Its areas of research include design, digital media, audio-visual presentation, art, visual culture, well-being architecture, and urban planning and design. The artistic activities of the school are founded on the viewpoint of usefulness.

School of Business
The School of Business is one of the leading schools of business in Europe, and renowned also at an international level for its research and teaching on management. The school is the first Nordic business school to receive all the major international accreditations for business schools: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. The school offers Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in Economics and Business Administration as well as degrees of Doctor of Philosophy.

School of Chemical Engineering
The School of Chemical Engineering responds to the current environmental challenges through quality research and teaching. Its strength is in combining its expertise in natural sciences with engineering sciences and educates diverse and responsible professionals. The research foci include energy technologies, new materials and sustainable processing of natural resources, as well as products derived from these resources. These foci are also reflected in the curriculum. The school offers Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in Technology as well as degrees of Doctor of Philosophy.

School of Electrical Engineering
The key research areas at the School of Electrical Engineering are traditional electronics, electrical engineering and communications. In the recent years, emphasis has also been put on micro and nanotechnology research. The school has some 20 research institutes ranging from acoustics research to the Institute of Intelligent Power Electronics.The school offers Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in Technology as well as degrees of Doctor of Philosophy.
